Founded in 1992 in Corning, New York, Storflex began with a vision to provide high-quality store fixtures to retailers across the country. It was their goal to create a merchandising solution that maximizes display area while focusing on ease-of-use and installation, thereby allowing retailers to increase available shelf space, inventory and revenue. Storflex prides themselves on their industry-leading shelving units that meet the needs of a variety of industries and their environmentally-conscious manufacturing processes.

Storflex has steadily gained or maintained market share since their inception almost 30 years ago. But with changes in the way business is conducted due to COVID, they realized that they needed to re-evaluate their digital strategies surrounding brand visibility to remain competitive in today’s evolving marketplace.

A refreshed duotone style guide, typography updates, and optimized product imagery were leveraged to showcase Storflex flagship products.


Nomadic began by assuming an omni-channel digital marketing approach for Storflex. This required taking a holistic approach to marketing, where everything from the website design to the print ads work together in unison to create a rich customer experience with multiple touchpoints.



Nomadic redesigned the layout and aesthetics of the Storflex website to create a more user-friendly experience for prospective customers. This was done by creating content-centric pages and implementing intuitive navigation that allows users to easily find the information they’re looking for.


Extensive Functionality & User Targeting


Nomadic’s content implementation plan for Storflex centered on creating comprehensive on-page content combined with detailed blog articles to expand the amount of information available on their site for interested readers, improving user engagement, experience and satisfaction.


The aesthetics of a website undeniably have an effect on a visitor’s perception of a company. Storflex’s redesigned website and updated logo were created to refresh their visual identity and stand out from the competition on every level. 



By creating and understanding Storflex’s user personas and customer avatars, omni-channel buyer’s journey and overarching brand narrative, Nomadic was able to create content that more fully satisfied user searches, which improved overall engagement and conversion rates.



Immersive User Experience


Paired with the website redesign, Nomadic used extensive keyword research and SEO best practices to optimize the Storflex website for industry-relevant search terms. Nomadic took a granular approach to the optimizations, taking into account the wealth of ranking factors in Google’s SERP algorithm.


As part of Nomadic’s holistic marketing approach, they conducted advanced market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential areas for improvement for Storflex’s digital marketing strategy.
